Returns Policy

If you wish to return your goods, they must be returned either by courier or in-person to our store within 10 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. QualChem reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Special order goods or custom made items cannot be returned.  Some items may incur a re-stocking fee on return. QualChem reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All freight claims must be lodged with QualChem via email within 7 days of goods receipt.
